To spice things up this year I've decided to start a new weekly feature (yes I'm replacing Why I Blog Wednesday, at least for awhile)...Weigh in Wednesday.
True story, I will never ever ever under any circumstances share my actual weight on here. I know, you're so disappointed right?! I hope you answered no....cause it might be a little awkward if you actually care what I weigh. BUT what I will share weekly is my + or - for the week. I'm also going to share any frustrations and anything that especially inspired me. I'm really really trying hard to pump myself up for the months ahead. I did it once and I can and will do it again. I surpassed my goal last year by 15 lbs and I did it by June. I want to loose an equal amount this year to FINALLY reach my goal healthy weight...so it's me+The Daily Plate+ 5 gym trips a week +1 day of the shred+5 flights of stairs 2x per day+ lots of protein & fiber=(hopefully) 30 lbs lost bitches.
So, first weigh in Wednesday, on Friday, even though I weighed in on Wednesday I'm up 8 lbs total from September...whomp whomp whomp. But it's ok, it's only 5 lbs over what I expected to have to loose. So long story short, let's do this bitches.
I almost didn't post this because I'm all bloaty and eww but to be fair, at least it sets the progress bar pretty low? And really 10 lbs up isn't the end of the world, last year I lost that in the first month...
So healthy life and weigh in Wednesday #1 of 2013, for surrrious, lets do this.
